TFW has special terms to make it really easy for you!
That it is a birthday, a Festival, one evening between friends it will
add a note appreciated by everyone. You may not know however how many
bottles will be necessary. Don’t worry!
With TFW if you have bought too much wine, you can bring us back all the
bottles that haven’t been opened and you will be refunded immediately.
(within the limit of 20% of the number of bottles purchased)
If ever you didn’t like the taste of a particular wine, don’t
worry about it either! Bring these bottles back and drink the others.
We will refund you or make an exchange.
Offering wine to a friend is an original gesture which is very much appreciated.
But you may not know your friend’s taste. Again, you or your friend
may come and exchange it for another wine. It is a sure way of not disappointing
people.
If you do not know which wine to serve with your meal, TFW will be pleased
to advise you on the best associations, the ideal serving temperature
and the type of glasses to be used.
If you are organizing a professional conference and wish to serve French
wine with a meal, we will be able to advise you on the appropriate choice
and amount of bottles. Depending on the volume purchased, a discount may
be offered.
